Anyone who works in delivery driver jobs knows the moment: you've just parked the van after your round, and a mate texts, "Are you lot still hiring?"
People ask because they can see you've got steady work, you're out on the road, and it's going well. Usually you reply "have a look on the website", and that's the end of it.
At MBL, that reply could be worth £250.
The referral programme is open only to active MBL drivers (Delivery Associates). If you drive with us, you get £250 on your invoice for every person you successfully refer. No limit.

Who Can Join the Referral Programme in Our Delivery Driver Jobs?
Only active MBL drivers. If you work with us as a Delivery Associate, you can register and start referring. If you're not driving with us yet, you can't refer anyone for now, but you can join the programme as soon as you start working with us.
Here's what the programme gives you:
£250 for every successful referral, added to your invoice
No limit. Refer as many people as you like, and every successful referral earns a bonus
No extra hours behind the wheel. All it takes is sharing the advert and a chat with your friend
A Star Bonus for the driver who is most involved in the programme in 2026 (more on that below)
How to Refer a Friend, Step by Step
Be an active MBL driver. The programme is only for Delivery Associates currently working with us.
Register for the programme at mbllogistics.co.uk/referral-program. If you use a different name or nickname on social media, add it when you register, so we can match candidates to you.
Share our official job advert. You'll find the template in the programme rules (PDF below). The content of the advert must not be changed.
Your friend applies through the online form at mbllogistics.co.uk/application. In the last section of the form, they enter your full name or your social media nickname.
Our recruitment team contacts the candidate and invites them to our induction.
What Counts as a Successful Referral in Delivery Driver Jobs?
A referral counts when the person you recommended:
works with MBL for at least 2 weeks, and
completes at least 4 standard routes in each of those weeks.
Once those two weeks have been verified, your £250 is added to your invoice.
What's Allowed and What's Not?
The rules are short and clear. Here are the most important ones.
You can:
talk to candidates and give them your personal phone number,
share the job application link on social media and with friends.
You can't:
change the content of the official job advert,
use the MBL logo on job adverts,
give candidates the phone numbers of on-site managers or other management staff. Candidates always apply through the online form.
Your friend applied, but nobody has been in touch? You can report it to your on-site manager.
Who Makes a Good Referral?
You only get the bonus once the new driver has worked for 2 weeks and completed 4 routes in each of them. So it's best to refer people you know and can count on.

Star Bonus and a Chance to Join Our Management Team
On top of £250 for every referral, there's one more reward.
The Delivery Associate who is most involved in the referral programme in 2026 will receive a special Star Bonus and will be invited for an interview with the opportunity to join our management team in 2027.

Frequently Asked Questions About Delivery Driver Jobs and Referrals
Can I refer someone if I don't drive for MBL?
No. The programme is open only to active MBL drivers (Delivery Associates). Apply for one of our delivery driver jobs first. Once you start driving with us, you can register for the programme and start referring.
I'm applying to MBL. Will I be able to join the referral programme?
Yes. As soon as you become an active MBL driver, you can register at mbllogistics.co.uk/referral-program and start referring friends.
How much can I earn from referrals?
£250 for every successful referral, with no limit. Five successful referrals would mean £1,250 on top of your regular earnings.
When will I get my bonus?
Your £250 is added to your invoice once we've verified that the person you referred has worked for at least 2 weeks and completed at least 4 standard routes in each of those weeks.
What if my friend leaves before the 2 weeks are up?
The bonus is paid only for a successful referral, meaning the new driver works for at least 2 weeks and completes a minimum of 4 standard routes each week.
Can I edit the advert or add the MBL logo to it?
No. You must use the official template without any changes, and using the MBL logo on job adverts isn't allowed. You'll find the template in the programme rules PDF.
My friend applied, but nobody has been in touch. What should I do?
Report it to your on-site manager. Just remember not to give candidates any managers' phone numbers. Candidates apply only through the online form.
